May 30, 2009, Puzzles photograph showing a man with a giant wild pigs began to show a bright spot. Reliable sources say that the giant wild hog was shot dead in Livestock Pilbara, Australia three years earlier by a rancher named John Anick. Maybe hard to believe, but the pig was shown being shot to death after eating a cow.
When the first photo above surfaced on the Internet with a description of all sorts, many people think the photo is an engineering, including the Ministry of environment and conservation of Australia. Debate heats up when news sites publish Perth Now participate in their site.
But it all became clear when it newspaper The Sunday Times confirmed that it was shot near a giant pig farm near Newman Pilbara, 1200 km northeast of Perth. A relative of the man in the photo above confirmed that the man named John Anick, a rancher from the Pilbara, and the photo was taken at the property three years ago. Previously, Anick family refused to talk about it for fear that giant hog wild pig hunters will flood the area.
An other source said that the pig weighed 220 kg and is seen eating a cow by observers livestock officers from the helicopter. Mr Anick see it again when you're checking windmills on his property and was immediately shot dead pig.
"I believe 100 percent that the photo was taken in the Pilbara and the man in the photograph is what I call the man before." The source said.
But the Department of Environment and Conservation still reject the authenticity of the photo. Nigel Higgs, an official in the department said: "There are some pigs in the De Grey River area, east of Port Headland and some wild pig was turned into a river near Savory, 200 km east of Newman, but they are little red pig guava. "
Although it has received negative responses from the department, some sources still confirm the authenticity of the photograph. A source in Perth claims to have had the original photos were scanned into a computer. A site that specializes revealing photo manipulation called Hoax-Slayer.com in an article in January 2007 also stated that the photo was genuine and was taken in the Pilbara.
There are an estimated 23 million wild pigs across Australia, especially the most in New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
